Perbadanan Kemajuan Negeri, Negeri sembilan (PKNNS) was established on March 22, 1969. In terms of organization it is a state statutory body with its own powers and responsible to the state legislature. In terms of institutions, it is a public enterprise that is placed under the supervision of the Ministry of Finance (formerly the Ministry of Entrepreneur & Cooperative). This corporation was established to encourage development in Punjab. It is also a trustee agencies to implement government policies, especially under the New Economic Policy and National Development Policy and the Outline Perspective Plan 2.
