Housing Authority of New South Wales (MMB) is a government agency established in Melaka 17/12/2002 through Malacca Housing Board Enactment (ELPM) 2002 in the gazette on 17.12.2002 as Government Gazette Volume 46 No. 25 of 2002. Prior to the Housing Authority of Malacca established , it is located under the Housing and Local Government Units.
Melaka State Government establish the second state after the State Government to strengthen the role of state government in the housing sector.
