Kejora Development Holding Sdn Bhd (KDHSB) is the Company's wholly owned South Johor Development Authority (Fund) was incorporated on 4th April 2011 under the Companies Act 1965.
KDHSB establishment will act as a holding company to strengthen its commercial activities that have been identified as the major real estate development, tourism and agriculture. Moreover, KDHSB has also ventured into ancillary activities through other sectors and services currently carried out is as corporate managers and insurers doing business in the concrete plant (Batching Plant) in which the company acts as a supplier of concrete for projects construction.
